Types of cookies and tracking technologies on our website

1. Log files. Every time you visit our website, the system automatically collects information and data from your computer. Your data in log files is stored to ensure the functionality of the services, optimise the website and ensure the security of IT systems. This data includes: Internet protocol; IP address; URL of the website from which you were redirected and from which the file was requested; date and time of access; browser type and operating system; the page the user is visiting; amount of data transferred; access status (file uploaded, file not found, etc.), duration and frequency of use. When accessing mobile applications, the following data and information are collected: Internet protocol; IP address; date and time of access; device type and operating system; amount of data transferred; access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.); duration and frequency of use. Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the provision of services on the user’s computer. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must be stored for the duration of the session.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Your data is stored on the server until it is no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. If your data is collected for the purpose of providing the website, this takes place at the end of a given session. The data collected in the logs are necessary for the functioning of the website, therefore the user cannot object to their processing.

2. Google Analytics. In order to analyse the use of our website by users, we have installed a tool that allows us to create reports on user activity on the website, measure the effectiveness of content and provide other services related to the use of the website and the Internet. The information collected by cookies is usually sent to a Google server and stored there. We use anonymisation by shortening IP addresses, which makes it impossible to associate the IP address with the user.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

This data will be retained by Google for a period of 26 months; due to the shortening of the IP address, no personal data will be stored. You can block the storage of cookies on your device by appropriately configuring your browser or rejecting cookies of the “Statistics” type in “Cookie settings” in the website footer or cookie banner. You can also use a browser plug-in to block information from being sent to Google, which is available here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
